Mandala simply means "circle". We find mandalas everywhere in nature, and in sacred/spiritual spaces throughout many cultures since the beginning of time. Mandalas are not only known for their restorative and meditative effects, but are powerful vehicles for transformation.
In these classes, you are introduced to the power of mandala creation. You begin to exercise mindfulness and experience the soothing and freeing effects of painting mandalas. Classes are 2-3 hours long, and are offered both publicly and privately. |
