We find mandalas everywhere in nature, and in sacred/spiritual spaces throughout many cultures since the beginning of time. They represent wholeness, unity and interconnectedness of all things, and are useful in mindfulness meditation, promoting relaxation and stress reduction. Mandalas help people realize their creative potential and foster healing from the inside out. In these classes, you are introduced to the power of mandala creation. You begin to exercise mindfulness and experience the soothing and freeing effects of painting mandalas. Classes are 2-3 hours long, and are offered both publicly and privately. |
